I am a researcher in applied mathematics, with main applications in microbial ecology, in the Pleiade team (Biogeco, INRAE and Inria).

My main interest is developing mathematical models to reproduce (spatio-)temporal dynamics of microbial communities, and to integrate multi-omics data.

I develop generic modelling frameworks with applications on gut, food, bioprocesses and more recently plant microbiota.
